What should I do if the cameras off line?
A: ① Check the camera power and wifi router netwotk state is healthy
②Login the app, delete disconnect channel
③ Press the camea reset button for 5-7 seconds to hear a beep voice and see the camera rotating.
④Turn on your mobile phone bluebooth--->go to the app Click "+" icon-->add device
⑤ Choose your home wifi and input the password (WiFi passwords do not suppory special characters such as "*,/,!") --->next
⑥ wait connection until the progress bar reaches 100%
How to set the alert model
A: open app-->settings-->motion detection alert
How to set the alert notify?
A: Open app-->setting->Push message
How to set the night vision?
A: go to the APP-->settings-->screen and sound settings-->night version mode
How to share to other person
A: go to the APP-->click share icon-->choose the authorities you want to share--> Put share account -->QR code sharing
Q:How to connect to the new WiFi?
A: Open app-->settings-->advanced setting-->connect your new wifi-->Select your new wifi and in put your wifi password (Note: WiFi passwords only support letters and numbers, do not support special characters, like ",.* & %"）

Can I call the 911 when I do not subscribe to cloud storage?
Just to clarify: our 24/7 professional alarm monitoring service is included with the cloud subscription. Without an active cloud service plan, the 911 emergency call feature would not be available.
Can I use a memory card with the camera?
Absolutely! The indoor security camera works with Micro SD cards, and it supports up to 128GB. Just a quick note: you’ll need to have your own Micro SD card, as it isn’t included in the package.
Can I mount the security camera indoor on the wall?
Yes, you can. Just note that the charging cable is only 40 inches, please pay attention to the distance from the power outlet. or replace a longer cable instead.
Can I receive the alert message when I do not subscribe to cloud storage?
Yes, you’ll still get alerts without cloud storage! They just won’t be super specific (no people/scene descriptions) — need to open the video to check what’s happening.
